The villas are located in the area of Xirokastelo, in the village of Vassilikos.

It is not very populated offering thus an ideal combination of natural beauty and carefully preserved Zakynthian tradition.

It is one of the most renowned tourist resorts on the island, guaranteeing the most relaxing holiday for all visitors, whether they are young groups, couples or families.

The nearest beach is located at a 700 meter distance from the villas (Kaminia beach). 3-4 kilometers away, you will find the well known beaches of Banana, Saint Nikolas, Gerakas, Daphni and Caretta Caretta.

Restaurants and supermarkets can be found 300 meters from the villas.
